Green Energy Resources Signs Wood Pellet Export Orders Valued at $28 Million

Green Energy Resources (Pink Sheets: GRGR) announces the signing of two separate wood pellet export orders to Europe valued at approximately $14 million each. The exports are expected to commence between July and September of this year. The pellets are being sourced from Texas. Each order represents a volume of approximately 120,000 tons over a 12-month period. The two pellet orders are in addition to 2 woodchip orders already received in 2009. One of the woodchip exports is currently in progress and the other expected to commence in August/ September of this year. Each woodchip shipment represents approximately $2 million dollars in sales or about $25 million per year.

Green Energy Resources anticipates record sales year in 2009 through very strong exports. In 2010 Green Energy Resources looks for very significant growth in addition to exports with the onset of a US renewable energy market. The new administration is expected to pass a CAP and Trade bill sometime this year. The Obama administration recognized the huge economic growth potential in the renewable energy sector and has banked on the creation of over 5 million green jobs. Wood biomass will be the largest growth sector in the renewable energy field. Green Energy Resources looks for a breakout year in 2009.
