The Obama administration is reportedly moving closer to filling out several key sub-cabinet level slots at EPA. Among them is Grant Cope, who now works for Sen. Barbara Boxer (D) on the Environment & Public Works Committee, to head the Office of Solid Waste & Emergency Response. Prior to joining Boxer's committee, Cope worked for the U.S. Public Interest Research Group.
