EnGlobe Begins Search for New CEO
EnGlobe Corp. (TSX: EG), Canada's leading integrated environmental services company, announced today that Tony Busseri has stepped down as President and Chief Executive Officer, and has also resigned as a director, effective immediately, following mutual agreement with the Company.
"Tony Busseri has made an important contribution to EnGlobe by leading it through a series of challenges and a period of transition into new segments to broaden the markets in which the Company competes. He leaves the Company with stronger operations, more financial security and greater opportunities for growth," said Michael Harris, Chairman of the Board of Directors. "We appreciate Tony's dedicated service to EnGlobe and wish him well in his future endeavours."

EnGlobe's management team will continue to pursue the Company's existing strategy and key initiatives. The Board of Directors has begun a search for a new CEO who will lead the Company through the next phase of its development.
Aline Belanger has been named interim President and Chief Executive Officer of EnGlobe Corp. Ms. Belanger is currently the Company's Chief Financial Officer and will continue to work closely with the Board of Directors and the Company's operating management during this period of transition.
