Waste Pro Closes Three Acquisitions
Waste Pro USA, Inc., headquartered in Longwood Florida, has just completed the acquisition of A to Z Waste Services in Atlanta, and the assets of Waste Management in Liberty County Florida and Choice Environmental in St. Lucie County Florida. These three acquisitions will be combined within Waste Pro's existing operations and will allow Waste Pro to internalize the Atlanta area volume at its recently acquired Cherokee Landfill. The new assets will result in another $7,000,000.00 in annualized revenue for Waste Pro. John Jennings, Waste Pro's CEO, welcomes the former owners of A to Z Waste Services, Wayne and Pamela Dodd and David and Christine Grant, to the Waste Pro team of waste professionals.
