Veolia ES Technical Solutions L.L.C., Lombard, Ill., was awarded on April 5, 2007, a delivery order amount of $21,000,000 as part of a $49,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for hazardous waste disposal. Work will be performed in Port Arthur, Texas, and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2012. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on March 8, 2007. The U.S. Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., is the contracting activity (W911SR-07-D-0011).
