WCA Waste Corporation Completes Missouri Acquisition

WCA Waste Corporation (Nasdaq: WCAA) announced today that it completed the acquisition of Klean Way Disposal, Inc. on March 30, 2007.

Klean Way is a nine-truck collection company located in Springfield, Missouri. The waste will be internalized into the Company-owned Black Oak landfill.

WCA Waste Corporation is an integrated company engaged in the transportation, processing and disposal of non-hazardous solid waste. The Company's operations consist of twenty-three landfills, twenty-one transfer stations/material recovery facilities and twenty-nine collection operations located throughout Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
