Electronic Recyclers, California's largest recycler of electronic waste, announced today that T. Robert Christ, CPA, has been named Chief Financial Officer. Christ most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Aristotle Inc., a privately owned Verification and CRM software Company based in Washington, D.C.
Christ brings to Electronic Recyclers more than ten years of financial and operational management experience as well as a rich track record of success with emerging companies and increasing shareholder value as much as nine times for the organizations with which he has worked. Prior to his work at Aristotle, Christ served as CFO for Pulsar Data Systems, leading them to their acquisition by Litronic Inc. and simultaneous IPO.
Christ has raised in excess of $40 million in IPO and $23 million in private financing for companies where he has worked and has arranged for $38 million in financing for two potential acquisitions. He has helped turn around three going concern companies into substantially higher equity valuations and has developed strategic business and marketing plans resulting in up to 200% increase in revenue.
