Milo Brother Admits He Had No-Show Job With Trash Hauler For Six Years

Joseph Milo Sr., whose brother Thomas Milo was recently indicted in federal court on racketeering charges for allegedly participating in an organized crime scheme to fix trash turf in southern Connecticut, admitted that he had a no-show job with a Danbury, Conn. trash hauler for six years. The trash hauler, Automated Waste Disposal was owned by James Galante, who was indicted with Thomas Milo on the racketeering charges. Joseph Milo Sr. pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to defraud the Internal Revenue Service. He faces a maximum sentence of six months in jail and a $10,000 fine when he is sentenced Dec. 22.
