The ACUA Solar and Wind Project is the largest hybrid alternative energy system in the United States. A 500 kw photovoltaic solar array and 7.5 Mw wind turbines provides for 55% of the energy needs of the ACUA Wastewater Plant located in Atlantic City. The Tour will take place rain or shine. Transportation will be provided from in front of the Convention Center at 3:30 p.m. sharp. Personal vehicles will NOT be allowed onsite.
