Budget Waste Inc. (Pink Sheets: BDWT), a premier roll-off waste hauling company in the Calgary area, signed a letter of intent with Recyc-Haul Waste Management Inc. (Recyc-Haul), an oil field waste hauling company providing waste hauling and recycling services to the Alberta Oil Fields. Recyc-Haul, in operation for over ten years, provides waste disposal and recycling services to oil and gas well sites and facilities for a number of large oil and gas companies.
