Brambles is preparing to sell its Cleanaway and Industrial Services businesses. It is estimated that the two businesses have a combined value of $1.3 billion.
Cleanaway is a waste management company. Industrial Services operates large mining and steel sites. Each business generates long-term, stable cash flows and are in growth industries. A number of large private equity firms have been considering bids on the businesses.
