Oregon Health & Science University has partnered with Milwaukie, Ore.-based Legacy Wireless Services Inc. to provide collection and recycling services for old cell phones. The university will accept phones from the campus, and Legacy will refurbish and reuse the phones; proceeds from resold phones will be donated to a local children's hospital.
