Electronic Recyclers of America, California's largest recycler of electronic waste, has entered into a joint venture partnership with HMR, an Australian-based company engaged in surplus asset chain management services. ERA will serve as HMR's exclusive downstream partner for CRTs, while HMR will serve as ERA's upstream for remarketable electronic equipment.
