Onyx Waste Services Inc. has agreed to purchase Deluxe Disposal Service, a solid waste management company with locations in Mosinee and Stevens Point, Wis. The acquisition will allow Onyx to increase its presence in central Wisconsin. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
