RecycleNet Corporation has announced the spin-off of Scrap China Corporation, the wholly owned subsidiary of RecycleNet formed to encourage growth in the trade of secondary commodities between North America and China. In 2004, over $3.1 billion in secondary commodities were exported to China industry wide.
