Startech Environmental Corporation (OTC: STHK) has formed a strategic alliance with Ansaldo Energia S.p.A. of Italy to mutually obtain commercial contracts that utilize both companies' resources and experience. AEN and Startech will work toward the sales of Startech's Plasma Converter, as well as turnkey plants incorporating Startech's waste destruction and remediation. AEN, present in over 90 countries, provides services across the spectrum of power generation, including financing, manufacturing, engineering, operations, and maintenance.
