Foster Wheeler Ltd. (Nasdaq: FWLT) has reported net earnings of $23.5 million for the third quarter of 2005, excluding a $40.2 million pretax accounting charge. Including the charge, the company reported a net loss of $16.7 million, or a loss per share of $0.35. Consolidated third quarter EBITDA, excluding the charge, was $60.4 million.
