Arcadis (NASDAQ: ARCAF) has acquired Blasland, Bouck, & Lee Inc. of Syracuse, N.Y., a provider of environmental and remediation services. BBL has estimated 2005 gross revenues of $170 million. Approximately 80 percent of revenues are derived from the industrial sector, significantly expanding Arcardis's industrial client base.
