Members of the recycling industry in the southeastern U.S. have formed the Southeast Recycling Development Council, comprising members from Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina. The organization is designed to promote education and collection efforts, and is open to any recycling organization seeking membership.
