WCA Waste has completed four tuck-in acquisitions comprising 22 trucks servicing approximately 4,500 customers; all waste collected by the companies will be disposed of in WCA Waste landfills. Assets acquired from Foster Ferguson Disposal and Proper Disposal will send waste to the Oak Grove Landfill in Arcadia, Kansas. Assets acquired from Triad Waste Services and Triangle Environmental Group will go to recently-acquired WCA landfills designated for the High Point and Raleigh, N.C. markets.
