World Environmental Solutions Company, Inc., a subsidiary of EarthFirst Technologies (OTC: EFTI) has entered into a licensing agreement valued at over $20 million with Ireland-based Midwest Transport Limited. Midwest Transport has been granted the exclusive right to market EarthFirst's proprietary Catalytic Activated Vacuum Distillation technology in Ireland and the United Kingdom. Midwest will purchase three CAVD rubber tire remediation plants, one in Ireland and two in the United Kingdom.
