Titan Technologies (OTC: TITT) has signed a licensing agreement to build recycling facilities in North, Central, and South America. The agreement provides for the construction of up to twenty facilities within the first six years, and up to seven facilities per year thereafter. Titan will receive a license fee for each plant of $1 million; licensees will also pay royalties of 1.7 percent of total sales. Each plant is estimated to process 150 tons of tires per day. Titan will also receive ownership interests ranging from 10 to 20 percent in each facility.
