Startech Environmental Corporation (OTC: STHK) has signed a cooperative agreement with Strabag Sp. Zo.o. of Warsaw, Poland allowing Strabag to perform facility design, construction, commissioning, and startup for a variety of Startech Plasma Converter projects in Poland. Strabag is a subsidiary of Austrian Bauholding Strabag SE (Societas Eurpaea) and is part of the Bauholding Strabag Aktiengesellschaft Group of Austria.
