WCA Waste Corporation (NASDAQ: WCAA) has acquired certain assets of Foster Ferguson Disposal, LLC of El Dorado Springs, Mo. The tuck-in acquisition will become a part of the network serving WCA's Oak Grove Landfill in Arcadia, Kansas.
