Waste Industries USA Inc. (Nasdaq: WWIN) has acquired three companies-D&D Disposal, Southland Disposal, and A Plus Disposal-in the greater Atlanta market. The companies will be tuck-in acquisitions to current operations in Woodstock, Georgia. The companies together have $2.7 million in new annualized revenues.
