The Cedar Rapids/Linn County (Iowa) Solid Waste Agency (a.k.a. Bluestem) has agreed to join in mediation to attempt to resolve a legal dispute with the city of Marion over the expansion of the city's landfill. Marion had earlier agreed to the expansion, designed to end the debate on the expansion.
