GreenMan Technologies, Inc. (AMEX: GRN) has brought its Georgia tire recycling plant back after a March 2003 fire destroyed its shredding equipment. The company was forced to ship out tires at a cost of about $500,000. The Georgia plant adds another 20 million pounds of crumb rubber capacity to its existing 50 million pounds, an increase of almost 30 percent.
