Startech Environmental Corporation (OTC: STHK) has received an initial $250,000 down payment from Plastech Solutions, Ltd. of New South Wales, Australia, for the purchase of its first Plasma Converter System. Plastech will serve as Startech's exclusive distributor for 10-ton-per-day plasma converters in Australia and New Zealand.
