Sub-Surface Waste Management of Delaware, Inc. (OTCBB: SSWM) has received regulatory agency approval for its proprietary cleanup technology for soil contaminated with a combination of rocket propellant and volatile organic compounds in California. In 2003, former California Gov. Gray Davis signed two bills requiring users of perchlorate during the past 54 years to report its use, storage or leaks. SSWM is developing treatments for perchlorates and VOCs in contaminated groundwater.
