Trojan Technologies Inc. (TSX: TUV) has entered into an agreement to acquire Danaher Corporation, a manufacturer of process/environmental controls, for $10.65 Canadian per share. The price represents a premium of 36 percent over Trojan's closing price of $7.85 per share on Sept. 17, 2004. The equity value of the acquisition is approximately $247 million Canadian.
