Waste Connections, Inc. (NYSE: WCN) has announced the appointment of Steven F. Bouck to the position of President, and Worthing F. Jackman as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Bouck was previously the company's Chief Financial Officer, and Jackman was previously Vice President for Finance and Investor Relations.
