Kellogg's Urged To Recall Toys Containing Mercury

Environmental groups have called on Kellogg's cereal company to comply with a new New York law requiring proper labeling and management of mercury-containing products. The company's "Spidey-Signal" cereal toys contain a tiny light powered by a mercury battery. Kellogg's has already withdrawn the products from New Hampshire and Connecticut, which have laws similar to those that New York just enacted.
