Environmental Management Solutions (TSX: EMS) has announced several promotions and appointments: John Blaine has been appointed Chief Financial Officer; Robert Hutchinson has been appointed as General Counsel; Francois Lauzon has been promoted to Vice President of Engineering and Technologies; Garry Skinner has been promoted to Vice President Finance & Corporate Controller; and Howard Klein has been promoted to President of Greenbank Environmental Ltd., formerly EMS' environmental consulting and engineering division…Waste Management Inc. (NYSE:WMI) has announced that Duane C. Woods has been promoted to senior vice president in charge of the company's Western Group, headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz. The group accounts for approximately $2.5 billion in revenue and employs 9,000 people across nine states.
