EnTech Environmental Technologies, Inc., (OTC: EEVT) has signed a letter of intent to acquire Environ Products, Inc. of North Carolina. Environ provides underground fuel delivery systems which will serve as a complement to EnTech's operations. Terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed. However, EnTech expects that this acquisition will enable it to generate over $70 million in annualized revenues.
