Environmental Management Solutions has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Environmental Remediation Equipment Inc., an environmental remediation specialist. EMS will pay net consideration of $1.6 million in cash and 100,000 EMS common shares. ERE's fiscal revenues for 2003 were approximately $1.8 million.
