The New Hampshire Supreme Court has issued an opinion affirming that Casella Waste Systems' (Nasdaq: CWST) Bethlehem, N.H. landfill has all the local approvals necessary to develop and operate its business within the landfill's 51-acre footprint. The area would provide three to five years of disposal capacity at the landfill. The town had sought to enact height limitations contrary to a design approved by the state Department of Environmental Services.
