Environmental Management Solutions Inc. (TSX: EMS) has acquired all shares of Rom-Neg Construction Inc. EMS paid Rom-Neg total consideration of $1.7 million through shares and cash. During fiscal 2003 Rom-Neg had revenues of approximately $2 million. EMS provides integrated environmental solutions to a variety of industries.
