Environmental Management Solutions Inc. (TSX: EMS) has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire GSI Environment Inc. EMS will pay $12 million CDN, of which $2 million will be through the issuance of EMS common shares, and $10 million will be cash. GSI provides a variety of waste management and treatment services. EMS is a growing environmental company providing consulting, compliance, and waste management services.
