Sub-Surface Waste Management of Delaware Inc. (OTCBB: SSWM) has received regulatory agency approval for a technology demonstration of rocket propellant cleanup with a confidential responsible party with a site in California. In the United States, ammonium perchlorate is used as an oxidizer in solid rocket propellant. SSWM is developing a blend of microbes and nutrients and engineering applications for groundwater treatment of perchlorates.
