Shaw Environmental has won a fixed price remediation insured contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for a period of three years, with a single two-year option. The contract has a potential shared value of up to $200 million. The company's first task under the award, valued at roughly $9.8 million, involves remediation services for portions of the Ravenna Army Ammunition Plant in Ohio. Services performed will include site characterizations, investigations, environmental studies, engineering, design and remediation services.
