Gundle/SLT Environmental, Inc. (NYSE: GSE) has announced net income of $11.2 million or $.92 per share for the third quarter ended September 30, 2003, compared to net income of $13.0 million, or $1.11 per share, for the third quarter last year. Last year's net income for the third quarter included an extraordinary gain of $4.1 million, or 35 cents per diluted share, from the sale of assets and transactions involved in the acquisition of Serrot International, Inc.
