Environmental Management Solutions Inc. (TSX: EMS) has completed its acquisition of WasteCo Environmental Services Ltd., a provider of waste management and environmental services to the oil and gas, industrial, and manufacturing industries. EMS will pay a total consideration of $8.5 million for WasteCo's operations, which include soil recycling facilities, fuel blending facilities, and site remediation capabilities.
