The company has also entered into a confidential settlement to dismiss patent litigation with EC&C Technologies, Inc., Hamon Research Cottrell, Inc. and Wahlco, Inc. relating to Environmental Elements' Ammonia-on-Demand technology for generating ammonia from urea.
