Waste Industries USA Inc (Nasdaq: WWIN) has announced that it will acquire Waste Watchers LLC in a cash deal designed to expand its share in the South Carolina market. The acquisition is expected to generate $2.3 million in annual revenue. Waste Industries has acquired more than 70 trash companies since 1990. Waste Watchers, which has operations in Charleston, South Carolina, was established in 2000.
