KenBay, Inc., a formerly Ireland-based producer of waste management disposal solutions, has been sold to a United States management team. Specializing in waste compaction systems, KenBay was opened eight years ago in the United States by the Irish firm of the same name. KenBay will relocate its U.S. headquarters from Rochelle Park, NJ to Mendham, NJ later this month. KenBay's flagship product is the Rotorpac, a continuous-process compactor.
