Perma-Fix Environmental Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: PESI) has announced the appointment of Timothy P. Keegan as President of the Industrial Waste Management Services Segment. Most recently, Keegan served as Senior Vice President of Safety-Kleen Corporation. Prior to joining Safety-Kleen, Mr. Keegan served as Vice President of PCB services for USPCI and President of PPM, Inc., a PCB waste management company.
