R. W. Beck, Inc. has acquired water, wastewater, stormwater, electric, gas and solid waste consulting firm Reed, Stowe & Yanke, LLC of Austin, Texas. RS&Y, a 12-person firm with a reported $1.5 million in billings for 2002, is now a division of R. W. Beck, a 61-year-old firm with general offices in Seattle that serves the public and private sectors in the areas of power, water/wastewater/stormwater, solid waste, telecommunications with management consulting and engineering services.
