Waste Connections, Inc. (NYSE: WCN) has signed definitive purchase agreements with three predominantly franchise companies with approximately $32 million in annualized revenue. These operations include the Green Team of San Jose, a collection and recycling operation servicing a portion of the San Jose, California market; Green Waste of Tehama, a collection and landfill operation servicing Red Bluff, California; and a collection company in Oregon.
