Waste Connections, Inc. (NYSE: WCN) has announced fourth quarter earnings of $.47 per share on 32.6 million shares. The total includes approximately $1.3 million in expenses related to a labor dispute in the Pacific Northwest and $.3 million of pre-tax expenses involved in moving from the NASDAQ to the NYSE. Revenue for the fourth quarter of 2002 was $131.3 million, a 30.3 percent increase over revenue of $100.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2001.
