Onyx Waste Services, Inc. has announced the promotion of Jane Fowler to General Counsel. She previously was Associate General Counsel. In her new position, Fowler will be responsible for managing the legal affairs of Onyx Waste Services, providing legal counsel to all aspects of solid waste operations, asserting and protecting the company's legal rights and assuring adherence to ethical and compliance standards.
